The Inn

| The Ivey House Inn, completed in May of 2001, adjoins the original Bed & Breakfast Lodge through the Great Room and Adventure Center.
All eighteen rooms are very spacious with two queen sized bed or one king size bed, plus a reading chair, air conditioning and heat, private bathroom with a tub/shower, small refrigerator, TV, and phone. One room is handicapped compliant. Rooms in the Inn surround a screened-in, beautifully landscaped courtyard with a tropical waterfall and heated swimming pool. Five people maximum in rooms with 2 queen beds (with rollaway bed, if available and reserved in advance). Maximum of 3 people in rooms with 1 king bed (with rollaway bed, if available and reserved in advance). The Inn is perfect for group get-a-ways, family reunions, and small conferences. Open year round.

The Lodge

| The Lodge is a remodeled housing structure built in the 1920s and originally operated for workers constructing the Tamiami Trail.
The Lodge consists of eleven air-conditioned rooms off a long hallway and common area, but separate men's and women's bathrooms. Each room has either a full sized bed and a twin size bed, or one queen size bed. There are no heaters, TV's, phones or bathrooms in these rooms. A few heaters are located in the hallway and living room. Guests often gather in the common living room to visit with others, read, play games, or watch TV. The lodge is a very short walk to the tropical courtyard where all guests can enjoy the pool.

The Cottage

| The Cottage is a little house decorated with tropical charm, and is perfect for a family or small group.
The Cottage has central air conditioning and a heater in the living room. It has two very small bedrooms (one room has a full size bed and twin size bed and the other room has one queen size bed), a bathroom with a shower, a screened front porch, a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker), and a living room with a TV. It is comfortable for up to four people. There is no phone in the cottage. A two night minimum stay is required, with four people maximum. The Cottage is open year-round.
