This exciting package offers a 2-night stay at the beautiful Ivey House with your choice of a room in either our modern Ivey House Inn or historic Lodge, plus 3 days full of fun, relaxation, and adventure.

On your day of arrival, you’ll enjoy a myriad of activities around historic Everglades City. You can wander our many local boardwalks flush with a wide variety of birds and wildlife or spend time relaxing in our screened, tropical pool area.

Day 2: Your Everglades Adventures begin with an amazing sunrise Kayak Into a New Day tour guided by one of our National Park Service certified naturalists. You’ll paddle along one of the area’s most beautiful rivers through mysterious mangrove tunnels and open ponds as rare birds and exotic animals awaken. By lunchtime, you’ll be shuttled back to the Ivey House to pick up your custom-prepared box lunch before relaxing around our screened-in pool or exploring the local sites.

Day 3: After checkout, your adventures continue with (or you can choose to do any or all of these activities on day two of your paddling adventure) an exciting 30-minute airboat tour and a 30-minute swamp buggy tour within the Big Cypress National Preserve. You also receive admission to a local zoo where you can delight in seeing lots of local wildlife, even holding one of the Everglades most common residents: an American Alligator! You also receive another delicious box lunch to take with you.

Each guided paddle trip spans a four-hour period and includes a kayak orientation, round-trip transportation to and from the river, and approximately 3 hours of paddle time, a snack, and water during your paddle.

*Not available Seafood Festival Weekend, which is the 2nd weekend in the month of February.

** Swamp buggy tours are not offered in June or July due to National Park Service trail closures.

All packages are non-refundable and must be fully paid at time of reservation. Prices include all taxes but do not include gratuities.
