As you enter the Ivey House great room, you'll feel yourself relax in the Old Florida atmosphere. Check in with our knowledgeable and helpful staff, allow them to direct you to your room and assist you in creating a memorable vacation.   Join a guided paddle trip into the Everglades. Rent a kayak to explore on your own.   Find out if the manatees are basking in the shallow canals.   Ask where the eagles nest is in town. Relax in the refreshing tropical pool.   You deserve to treat yourself.

As a "Green" Hotel, we are committed to delivering a premium guest experience while using non-intrusive, high quality, eco-friendly products.   We are committed to being vigilant in our quest to provide a fun, comfortable destination for our guests while they explore the Everglades area.   We know you have many accommodations to choose from and we hope you choose to stay with us.

The Ivey House is made up of three types of lodgings including the upscale Inn, the historical Lodge and the comfortable Cottage.   Free WiFi is available in the dining room and in the pool courtyard.

The entire Ivey House facility is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
All rates are based on one or two person occupancy per night.
The Cottage requires a two night stay.
There is a $15 charge for each additional person over two people per room.
The stated rates do not include tax.
Check in is at 4:00pm
Check out is at 11:00am

• A scrumptious, complimentary breakfast is available to all Ivey House Guests.
• Pool use restrictions: Children 5 to 16 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.   Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the pool.
• Ivey House guests receive a 20% discount on canoe/kayak rental and day guided eco adventures.
• All facilities, including the courtyard and porches are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.   The credit card provided at check in will be charged $100 cleaning fee if either is detected.
• Seafood Festival is a two night minimum stay, payment in advance, and no refund for any cancelations.

Cancelation Policy: To guarantee your reservation a deposit of the first night in full is required.   If you cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours to your arrival date you will be charged a $25 plus tax per room cancelation fee.   If you cancel within forty-eight hours of your arrival date you will forfeit your entire deposit and it is non-refundable.   Payment in full for Seafood Festival Weekend is required to guarantee your reservation.   There are absolutely no refunds for cancellations of rooms during Seafood Festival.
